I am Esther Nova Sacayan Mandal,  Freelancer/ Virtual Assistant,  a Mother to Von and a Wife to Paul. Before I embarked on the roller-coaster ride of self-employment, I was a Quality Assurance Analyst working in an Industrial Laboratory. My life, mind-set, outlook and focus shifted dramatically when I became a mother. I came to realize that my son and husband's needs are my priority and that I have to be there for them every time. This thinking, coupled with the new-found strength and determination motherhood bought, caused me to completely rethink my career. I decided to take up online courses on freelancing and learn how to become a competent and skilled Virtual Assistant earning from the comfort of my home while making memories with my family.
